SavyTel customers will initiate the SMS Callback service
by sending a SMS text message from their GSM mobile phones
to SavyTel Callback Server. The SMS message contains her
account (or PIN) and the desired phone number to reach.
The Callback Server, after verifying the credential, will
setup a call between the user and the desired destination.
